Even though Crystal Harris would go on to become Hefner’s third and final wife, In 2011, she nearly backed out of the wedding altogether, telling Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM, “For a while I’ve been having second thoughts about everything. I haven’t really been at peace with myself lately. Despite her misgivings early on, Crystal Harris would remain married to Hugh Hefner for about five years, from 2012 to 2017 when he died. Following the death of her husband, Harris reportedly spent time mourning, soul-searching, and “traveling the world,” according to the Mirror. She now works as an online travel writer and is in a relationship with Nathan Levi, who is two years younger than the former model, via the Mirror.
