Here we go. The Premier League 2022/23 season has arrived with 20 teams all vying for glory and it’s shaping up to be a cracker.
Manchester City and Liverpool have equipped themselves with shiny toys up front in the (large) shapes of Erling Haaland and Darwin Nunez respectively, and both teams enter the new campaign as runaway favourites to land the title.
Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea will hope renewed optimism and fresh signings can thrust them closer to the elite pair, while Manchester United will be desperate to restore some of their former glory under the stewardship of Erik ten Hag – with or without Cristiano Ronaldo.
Newcastle, Aston Villa and West Ham fall into the next category of teams hoping to make a big impression in 2022/23 following impressive form and signs of progress last time out.
New boys Fulham, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest will be determined to make their mark in the top flight, and we can’t wait for it all to get started.
We’ll keep our Premier League TV schedule updated based on the very latest official data. All matches on TV have now been confirmed.
