Bubba Wallace’s spotter, Freddie Kraft, recently revealed what he texted Tyler Reddick after the race at Daytona International Speedway regarding the situation with his current team as he is announced to join 23XI Racing in 2024.

Kraft stated, “I texted Tyler last night and I said you’re a better man than I am because after all the stuff Richard has been saying for the last month after you know.”

He added, “I said, ‘I would have drove by his a** and then flip Richard off on the way down pit road.’”

“But there’s a lot of guys over there that, you know, I’m really happy so I’ve got a bunch of buddies on the #3 team, so there’s a lot of good people there and Tyler knows that.”

He concluded by stating, “Tyler knows how much it means to the company to get two cars in the playoffs over there so congrats to them.”

Richard Childress is still angry about Tyler Reddick’s decision to move to 23XI Racing

The Tyler Reddick saga continues in the RCR garage as team owner, Richard Childress, is still reportedly angered by his star driver’s decision to jump ship after the 2023 season with the team.

According to an insider, everyone at this point understands that Richard Childress wants Tyler Reddick out of the team as soon as possible.

Speculations suggest that if Reddick is removed from the team next year, then RCR might call up Austin Hill from the Xfinity Series to replace the soon-to-be 23XI Racing export.

Reddick had initially announced his move to the Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin-owned racing team right after he won at Road America, picking up his debut win in the NASCAR Cup Series.

This seemingly made the RCR owner furious, since the timing of the announcement meant that Reddick would be with RCR up to the 2023 season and then will move on to a rival team.
