Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski recently announced his retirement from football. With Gronk, the 4-time Super Bowl champ, gone, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers need a replacement to fill the void left by him.

According to reports, the Buccaneers are pursuing Jimmy Graham, a free agent. He is 35 years old and will be the perfect replacement for Rob Gronkowski. He is a 5x Pro Bowler and has the experience required by the Bucs.

Graham had spent the last two seasons with the Chicago Bears. A potential Hall of Famer, Jimmy Graham, will be the perfect fit for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He’ll become a safety blanket for Tom Brady, just like Gronk was, and it’ll help the team contend for a Super Bowl again.

How will Tom Brady fare without Rob Gronkowski?

Tom Brady will play without his favorite target next season. With Rob Gronkowski announcing his retirement, Brady is left to ponder on the options he has on the Bucs team.

Even if the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are able to land Jimmy Graham, the chemistry between him and Brady will take some time to build. On the other hand, Brady and Gronk are arguably the best duos in the game’s history.

However, what we have seen in Brady’s entire career, is his ability to work with what he has. The Buccaneers don’t seem as strong as last season, but they still got Tom Brady. The 7-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback will fare fine without Gronk and Antonio Brown. He’ll need other players to step up, and they likely will.

The road won’t be easy for Brady and the Buccaneers, but the sense around the league is still the same. Everyone knows what the Buccaneers can do. Therefore, they’ll be among the favorites to reach Super Bowl next season.
