As well as eating better, Chantelle has also taken up swimming and boxing to help her shed the extra pounds.

She shared a series of snaps which showed her figure before she started her new fitness routine and photos after she had completed the full 12 weeks, which showcased the dramatic results.

Wearing a neon blue crop top and matching leggings, Chantelle gave fans a glimpse of her trim physique.

In another photo, Chantelle looked incredible as she posed in a khaki midi dress which showed off her enviable curves.

Alongside the images, she wrote: “Hi guys, I just wanted to show you the amazing changes that my body has gone through after following @musclefooduk Goal Getters meal plan! It has been such an incredible journey and I am so proud of the result.

“I followed the plan for 12 weeks and I have never felt better! I’ve lost 2 stone, dropped down 3 dress sizes and lost 5 inches off my waist!!

“The plan has seamlessly fit into my busy lifestyle and both my physical and mental state has changed for the best.

“If like me, you have been struggling to lose weight, or struggle to know what to eat to lose weight, or even want to take the work out of meal prepping and thinking of meals!

“I now feel so much more confident and fashionable in all my clothes.”

Chantelle’s fans raced to compliment the star on her new look, with one writing: “
Well done to you Chantelle.”

Another commented: “Absolutely stunning😍😍😍.”

A third added: “Well done 👏🏼 you look amazing 😍🥰💞.”

Chantelle’s transformation snaps come four months after it was reported that Chantelle had broken up with her fiancé.

The reality star got engaged to property developer and alloy wheel repairer Michael Strutt in 2020 after just a few months of dating.

But things did not work out between the pair and have since gone their seperate ways.

“It was amicable and we are still very friendly. At the start of the year I moved out,” Chantelle told OK!.

“With lockdown, I think a lot of people probably started relationships and we moved in together really quickly… I think that it put a lot of pressure on things and it just fizzled out.”

But the mum-of-one promises she’s doing well after the shocking split.

“So it’s been a little while now and I’m in a really good, positive place,” Chantelle revealed.

Thankfully, the couple had not got too far with their wedding planning because of Covid restrictions, which meant she had not even begun her dress shopping.

Chantelle got who had been engaged twice before, got engaged to Michael just months after meeting him, but has no regrets about moving quickly with him.

“I have no regrets about anything, I had a lovely time with Michael. Sometimes things just don’t work out and you can’t stay in an unhappy relationship,” she said.

“I think sometimes you just have to go with things if it feels right. We’re not alive for a long time, so it would be sad to put someone off just because of past failed relationships.”

The TV star described the toll her weight gain took on her confidence.

“We started eating a lot of takeaways as it wasn’t always easy going to the supermarket – and being at home I was much less active,” Chantelle revealed.

“So I’ve started working with MuscleFood on a healthy eating plan, which is a positive thing for me to concentrate on.”

She started wearing baggy clothes and even stopped going to big social events.

“The weight mainly went on my tummy, so many people were congratulating me for being pregnant,” Chantelle said.
