DEAR DEIDRE: I’m a man of 48 and I’ve never married but I’d love to have female breasts. I’ve read that herbs can help me – is that true?

I’m not really interested in women or having a relationship and sometimes I’ve thought I might be gay but I’m not sure.
I’d love to have breasts though. I do sometimes dress in my mother’s clothes if she and Dad go away on holiday.
