CHARLOTTE Dawson’s son Noah ended up in hospital after a nasty accident at home left him “projectile vomiting and passing out”.
The one-year-old was rushed to A&E by his terrified mum and dad.

He had banged his head and suffered a funny turn, sending Charlotte and her fiance Matt Sarsfield into a spin.
“Well I didn’t think we’d end up in bloody A&E,” admitted Charlotte.
She told fans: “Thank you for all your messages, love you all.
“He banged his cheek and head on the leg of a table today and kept projectile vomiting until he passed out and was dizzy.
“Terrified us. Finally getting into bed. Glad we went to the hospital and got checked.
“Our cherub you are just so precious.”
