Jeremy Clarkson cut a casual figure as he headed home following a long day of filming in Manchester on Monday.

The former Top Gear host, 61, looked a little weary as he headed back to his car while wearing a blue shirt and jeans.

It comes after he was pranked on Ant and Dec‘s Saturday Night Takeaway last weekend after a fake protest was set up at his Diddly Squat Farm.

Jeremy completed his relaxed look with a navy jacket and brown shoes and carried a beige bag over his shoulders.

He hopped into a green Bentley after filming in the area to drive off home.

It comes after last Saturday Jeremy was the subject of the Undercover prank on Ant and Dec’s SNT, with Dec admitting it was one of the most ‘nerve-wracking’ stints yet.

The Geordie double act gathered additional actors to join them on Jeremy’s farm in a bid to make a stand against harming soil.

As events unfolded, the former Top Gear star became enraged as a police officer threatened to arrest him – and  responded by cursing at him.

Yet reflecting on the prank in the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire studio, Jeremy teased: ‘I’ve had protestors before.

‘They threw manure over the wall and into the rose garden. I’m quite used to dirty people coming!’

Ant and Dec‘s Saturday Night Takeaway made quite the comeback with its hallmark ‘happiest ninety minutes of the week’, as the high-profile presenters sent fans into a frenzy with their Drag Race routine.

The hosting duo, both 46, joined RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winners The Vivienne, Lawrence Chaney and Krystal Versace for the ‘end of the show show,’ performing We Werk Together in aid of The Trussell Trust – who support a network of food banks across the UK.

The best friends claimed earlier in the proceedings that it would be the first time in the show’s history they wouldn’t be starring in the final instalment – but later left mouths agape as they hit the stage in statement ensembles and full faces of makeup.

ITV viewers flocked to Twitter in excitement, with one impressed fan tweeting: ‘They looked better than the actual drag queens!’

Others were also quick to heap praise onto the spectacular finale, writing comments such as: ‘What an end of the show show!’ and, ‘Ant and Dec in drag is unbelievable. That makeup is incredible.’

This was the first time the show has welcomed back a live audience in two years since last series’ proceedings went virtual owing to the Covid-19 pandemic.
