KATIE Price is getting a “proper job” and is training to become a cosmetic practitioner in a bid to make money following her bankruptcy.
The 43-year-old has enrolled in a £2k course to learn how to administer lip filler and Botox after vowing to make 2022 her year.
On New Year’s Eve, Katie revealed she plans to train alongside her pal Ellie, as she got her lips done again, telling her fans: “Also guys, just to let you know I have been studying the past six months ready to do my aesthetics course with Ellie. I can’t wait.
“You guys know I have been everywhere to do Botox, lips all sorts of things and I have finally found the perfect place where I want to train.”
The course, with Lift Aesthetics costs almost £2k, and will give Katie the chance to try out her new skills on models before being unleashed on the public.
A source said: “Katie’s telling friends it’s a proper job so she has skills to fall back on in the future – she’s a grafter and has never been afraid of hard work.”
Yesterday the mum-of-five, who was declared bankrupt in 2019, reflected on a turbulent couple of years and claimed 2022 will bring “no more dramas”.
The former glamour model insisted people should not judge her after she rolled her BMW in a booze and cocaine-fuelled crash and was then spared jail.
Troubled Katie admitted she was lucky not to have spent Christmas behind bars. She told ITV’s Good Morning Britain she felt “ashamed” about the crash.
Katie, with five previous driving bans, flipped her car in West Sussex in September. Last month she got a suspended 16-week jail term and two-year ban. Campaigners called it a “mockery of justice”.
Determined to move on, Katie stressed: “2022 is definitely my year. Twenty-two is my lucky number, it’s my birthday. This has to be my year of no dramas.”
