LOVE Island’s Poole supposedly snubbed ex boyfriend Jake Cornish during her Dancing On Ice debut, but now she’s revealed the truth.
It all started when Dancing On Ice kicked off in January, with Liberty skating to Little Mix track Shout Out to My Ex alongside professional partner Joe Johnson.

The Love Island star, 22, sizzled in a red crop top and teeny skirt, ending her routine by blowing a kiss to the judges and bagging a decent 26 points out of 40.
Picking up on the choice of music, viewers flocked to Twitter and tore into Jake, with one writing: “That song choice though Lib, hey Jake is at home KICKING himself!!!”
Another added: “Liberty is doing the biggest f you to Jake on doi and I’m here for it”.
However, speaking exclusively to the Sun recently, Liberty opened up about the perceived snub, revealing viewers got it all wrong.
She explained: “I know that people might think that it’s directed at Jake, but it was more of a focus on me being an independent woman.
“That was the way it was choreographed, me being an independent woman and not needing a man.

“I can see why some people would think that, though, but if you look at the choreography, it actually wasn’t about that”.
The Brummie babe quickly became a fan favourite on last year’s Love Island, where she paired up with hunky Jake on day one.
Liberty and Jake became the most loved-up couple in the villa, but sadly it wasn’t meant to be and they broke up in the last few days of the series.
Speaking about her Dancing On Ice stint, Liberty said: “I’ve watched the show since I was a kid with my mum, she’s a superfan. I think seeing me on the show will be a dream come true for her”.
