MARRIED At First Sight UK star George Roberts has broken his silence – taking a swipe at how the show was “edited”.
Last night, fans of the controversial E4 dating show were left in shock after the father-of-four discovered his new wife April Banbury had cheated on him on their honeymoon.
Married At First Sight fans sat open mouthed as George, 40, confronted April, 32, about a kiss she shared with another woman.
The couple – who were seen jetting off on holiday – had an explosive row after the former Miss Great Britain snogged the stranger.
Now, George has broken his silence for the first time since the scenes aired, hitting out against the way it had been “edited” by bosses.
“We all love an edit,” he sassily wrote to his Instagram fans in a late-night stories post, alongside an eye-rolling emoji.

It comes after MAFS UK fans were left divided last night after April kissed a woman behind George’s back on their honeymoon.
Several days in, April admitted she had shared a smooch with a lady in a hot tub as they did “dares” at the hotel in Jamaica.
Despite only knowing his wife for around 72 hours, George was left in tears by the shock revelation as they sat in bed together.
Fans, however, were left split by the bombshell news, as one tweeted: “April kisses a girl in the hot tub as a dare. Oh, grow a pair George. It’s not cheating, it’s just a bit of fun.”

Also siding with April, another added: “What is wrong with George she kissed another woman for a dare. Childish AF but not cheating.”
Others were quick to defend George, as one penned: “Isn’t cheating, cheating? Does it matter what gender it is? It’s still wrong to kiss anyone. She doesn’t acknowledge George’s feelings.”
A second chimed in: “Imagine your new wife cheating on you ON YOUR HONEYMOON.”
Bridal gown designer April, 32, was seen tying the knot with financial adviser George, 40, in Tuesday night’s episode of Married At First Sight UK.
The couple later jetted to Jamaica for their honeymoon and admitted to the cameras that they had kissed during the flight.
However, things soon began to turn sour as April woke up on their first morning in the Caribbean and admitted she was “feeling overwhelmed” by the marriage.

George agreed to give her space – before his wife disappeared off to a hot tub with an unknown woman.
When she was confronted by him the next day, April tried to brush her actions off and insisted it was just ‘a bit of fun’.
She told the cameras that she expected George to have “enjoyed” the thought of his wife kissing a woman in a hot tub.
