The Teen Mom OG star had curled her long black hair, which flowed and reached down just below her breasts.
The reality star flashed a warm smile at the camera as the photo was taken.
She wore a stylish jumpsuit with an artistic floral design.
The MTV star explained to her followers how to nurture “your mind, body, and soul.”
She asked her fans to embrace the “experiences that shape you.”
Cheyenne told them to look “in the mirror” and know that they are “worthy.”
She concluded: “You are capable. You are beautiful.”
The Teen Mom 2 star shares her son Ace with fiancé Zach Davis.

Cheyenne also shares 4-year-old daughter Ryder with ex Cory Wharton.
Cory, 31, is also the father to 1-year-old daughter Mila with girlfriend Taylor Selfridge, 27.
At the beginning of March, Cory announced Taylor is pregnant with their second child together.
THE PROCEDURE
Recently, Cheyenne revealed that she had a skin-tightening procedure done on herself.
In her Instagram Stories, she received a lymphatic draining massage, which helped to relieve swelling, during the skin-tightening process.
She also took advantage of the contouring treatment Emsculpt, which built muscle and toned the body.
The treatments are estimated to be about $825 at the clinic, which she had attended in West Hollywood, California.
Fans watched how the treatment device was being applied to her stomach.
Cheyenne explained why she was receiving the treatment and told her followers: “I’m losing weight but I can tell my skin is super loose.
“Body Vision Lab [treatment center] is helping me get snatched again.”
The TV star was attempting to lose the baby weight from her son, Ace.
HER POST-BABY BODY
Cheyenne had been previously open about her post-baby body and the struggles of “snapping back” into shape after giving birth.
About five months after she had given birth, the TV personality posted a series of professional pictures that had showcased her post-baby figure.
Cheyenne told her fans: “Working on embracing my new body as it has had the honor of carrying two beautiful babies.
“Trying to release the pressures of having the perfect snapback and giving myself grace.”
She concluded: “So here I am featuring my favorite nursing bra and postpartum leggings.”
