Sheryl Crow, 60, is an American musician, born in Kennett, Missouri on February 11, 1962.
After successfully graduating from the University of Missouri, Sheryl became a music teacher at an elementary school in her hometown, which later led her to meet producer Jay Oliver.
The two would go on to work on commercial jingles together, and it wasn’t long before the big brands such as McDonald’s and Toyota were reaching out to work with her.
By 1987, Sheryl was well on her way to superstardom after working as a backing vocalist on Michael Jackson’s Bad tour for three years.

In 1992, the singer thought she was on the verge of releasing her debut album before telling pals around her that she didn’t feel the record represented her in the right way, branding songs as “too produced” and “slick.”
The album’s release date, September 22, 1992, was consequently canceled by her record label at the time.
It was in 1993 when Sheryl started dating Kevin Gilbert, that she joined a group of musicians known to themselves as the “Tuesday Music Club.”
The likes of Gilbert, David Baerwald and David Ricketts would all end up collaborating on what would eventually become Sheryl’s 1993 debut album, Tuesday Night Music Club.
Since then, Sheryl has released a whopping number of ten studio albums, with her 11th – titled Threads – dropping on August 30.
