She scheduled the reservation for Tuesday, July 5 – but Rodgers said she felt something was immediately off when she arrived at the Tennessee home.
“He came in, started to do the massage. He started at the top, putting the oil on, but in my mind I’m thinking, ‘This don’t feel like no [expletive] massage,” she told FOX13.
“This [man] can’t know how to get the joint and points.”
Rodgers claimed the man groped her private area, making her put an immediate end to the massage.

As she was getting dressed to leave, Rodgers said the man threw her down and raped her.
She said: “I get the towel. I’m wiping the front of me off. He’s behind me. At that point, he grabbed the towel, both sides of it.
“He pushed me down on the massage table and he raped me.”

After the attack, Rodgers immediately submitted a rape kit to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and shared her haunting story on social media.
“In my mind, all I’m thinking is, ‘This man has made me an appointment and he has made five more ladies the same appointment,’” she said.
“Y’all need to do something before it’s too late.”
Officers arrived at the home on Monday, July 11, to serve an arrest warrant when gunshots rang out, sparking a barricade situation.

About 20 members of the sheriff’s office and negotiators surrounded the home in a four-hour standoff that ended when the person was found dead inside of the home.
Rodger’s reportedly told the name of the man who attacked her to the outlet.
It reportedly matches the name of a man that was charged with rape and lived at the house where the standoff took place.
However, law enforcement has not revealed the name of the suspect found dead inside the home.
