SAMSUNG smartphone owners have been warned to look out for a security update coming their way.

The tech giant has rolled out a number of fixes, including one classed as “critical” from Google.

Another 31 are ranked high-priority patches.

Samsung‘s smartphones use the Android operating system, which Google runs.

The list of fixes contains 32 from Google and 18 from Samsung’s own team.

According to Sam Mobile, the South Korean firm is now pushing the update out to Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra devices.

As ever, Samsung rolls it out by region at a time.

So at the moment, it’s going to LTE variants across some European countries.

This includes Albania, Germany, Greece,  Poland, Portugal, Tom Ukraine, Southeast Europe, Kazakhstan, the Baltic region, the Netherlands, and Uzbekistan.

The update should be available to anyone in these locations by going to Settings, then Software update and tapping Download and install. 

Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 20 back in 2020.

It came with Android 10 back then.
