Amanda Seyfried has decided to put her two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium in Greenwich Village on the market for a whopping $3,250,000.
The elegantly appointed apartment, which is located in the interwar Devonshire House, features such amenities as an eat-in kitchen and a concierge, according to the Corcoran Group which is handling the listing.
Amanda herself initially scooped up the 1,585 square foot apartment in 2010, splashing out even a bit more than the initial asking price and paying $1.9 million, Curbed reported.

Shortly beforehand she told Vanity Fair that it could be ‘hard’ to say no to a romantic comedy ‘because they pay a lot of money, and ‘Sometimes, when you want to buy an apartment in Manhattan, you gotta do one or two.’
During the same interview she spilled that her splashy rom com Letters To Juliet with Christopher Egan, Vanessa Redgrave and Gael Garcia Bernal had paid for her Manhattan pad.
She added kindly: ‘But also, I – my God – I got to work with Gael Garcia Bernal and Vanessa Redgrave and it’s like, although it’s a romantic comedy made by a studio and everything, and there’s all these things attached to it, it was amazing. It was great and we shot in Italy. But I’m not going to say it didn’t get me an apartment.’
Devonshire House has become beloved by celebrities over the years, attracting such famous residents as Alec Baldwin and The Good Wife heartthrob Josh Charles.
