DEIDRE SAYS: You’re not a low-life but you’ve got into a mess with addiction.
The good news is, you want to stop. Find help with your drinking from We Are With You (wearewithyou.org.uk) which helps people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol.
My support packs Giving Up Smoking, and Internet Pornography Worry, will help too.
