KIM Kardashian will embark on a “fresh start” away from ex Kanye West in a stunning four-bed Malibu home, The Sun can reveal.
We can exclusively report how the idyllic £61million beach mansion, in one of Malibu’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, was recommended to her via her sister and Keeping Up With The Kardashians co-star, Kendall Jenner, 26.

We can exclusively report how Kim’s sister Kendall Jenner – pals with Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia, who used to own the pad – tipped her off about the beach front home[/caption]
The 7,400-sq-foot home was once owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford, and features 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plus several spacious living areas with views of the surrounding beaches and mountains.
A source was first to tell us: “Kaia Gerber, Cindy’s daughter, is good friends with Kendall Jenner and tipped her off to the sale – Kendall knew Kim was looking to buy a place to get a fresh start away from Kanye.
“This is the first place she’s bought without Kanye’s input and while she won’t live there full time, she wants somewhere where she can vacation with the kids.”
The Skims founder, 41, filed for divorce back in February of 2021, while their marriage officially ended a year later.

Now she has the stunning pad to retreat to with their four children.
Her home is on the edge of a cliff, with many rooms having a balcony to make the most of the stunning views.
Huge glass-fronted floor to ceiling windows on the home’ lower tier are made for inside-outside living and flood the rooms with natural light.
The natural, homely vibes continue inside with cosy cream sofas and light wooden interiors.

There’s a huge wooden dining table – perfect for entertaining – while the L-Shaped sofa in the lounge is ideal to kick back on and relax.
A sprawling oak bookshelf and huge TV complete the chilled set-up in the living space.
Meanwhile, the kitchen has a large island complete with its own hob, making it the centre of attention.
There’s plenty of wooden cupboards for storing snacks while shiny steel appliances and an oven hood give a modern edge.
Crisp white tiles complete the look and tie in with the fresh tones of the home.
The main bedroom features a huge bed on a wooden setting, nestled into a neutral coloured rug.
A chair and fireplace give a classic feel while a potted plant adds a splash of colour.
Yet the huge windows are the draw, giving an enviable view of the Malibu beach below.
All of the rooms on the upper tier have private balconies looking onto a swimming pool surrounded by trees for privacy.
Yet despite the property’s homely, warm exterior fans fear the Hulu star will ruin its charm with her “boring” aesthetic.
They are worried Kim will take the dazzling new home and dull it down with her apparent love of all things neutral and white.
In the past, when Kim has opened her doors to cameras, the business mogul has been slammed for her lack of flair, with many complaining especially about her white sitting room.
Many have called the space “empty” and “boring.”
Last year, Kim took to Instagram to share a photo of her living room, which consisted of white carpet, three white chairs, a white coffee table, a white painting, an empty white fireplace, and white walls.
The reality star gushed that the space was her “fave room in my house”, though fans were shocked by the “empty” nature of the area.
Kim has been on a property spending spree this year.
