KOURTNEY Kardashian has been spotted covering her stomach with her hands while out and about with fiancé Travis Barker.
Fans have been speculating the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum is expecting her first child with Travis.

Kourtney, 42, and Travis, 46, are clearly enjoying their vacation in Italy as they were seen once again showing off just how much they’re into one another.
The famous couple grabbed some sun rays while on a pool chair at a hotel, however, at one point Kourtney found herself on top of Travis while the drummer grabbed her butt.
Kourtney wore a tiny black thong bikini while the musician went shirtless and rocked a pair of shorts.
When not hugging and embracing, they were seen chatting over something on their phones.
Eventually, the pair were seen walking alongside one another as the Hulu star seemed to be covering her stomach with her hands.
All this comes as fans continue to believe Kourtney may be pregnant but she’s been keeping it hush.
Kourtney already shares three kids- sons Mason, 12, and Reign, seven, daughter Penelope, nine- with ex Scott Disick.
Meanwhile, Travis is a dad to 16-year-old daughter Alabama and 18-year-old son Landon with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Previously, the duo revealed that they are trying for a baby as fans first learned the exciting news when it was discussed in the emotional trailer for the series, The Kardashians.
In the short clip, Kourtney said in a voiceover: “Travis and I want to have a baby.”
The two were then shown visiting a doctor as they were instructed to “put a sample in this cup.”
In another clip released, Kourtney opened up about the effects of IVF on her body.

During her confessional, she said: “Travis and I want to have a baby, and so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF.”
She added: “Like, it hasn’t been the most amazing experience.”
Friends of Kourtney and Travis also previously revealed that they were considering delaying their wedding due to the IVF treatment.
An insider said at the time: “She’s now struggling with IVF, and all the uncertainty she’s been forced to put the wedding plans on hold because she just feels there’s too much going on.
“As fans will see on the show, the IVF journey is difficult, and it involves a lot of medication and doctor’s visits. Everything is so uncertain and she wants to put her full energy into having a baby right now.”
VEGAS WEDDING FUN
However, despite not having an all-out wedding just yet, Travis and Kourtney did go the Las Vegas marriage route earlier in April.
The two did walk down the aisle late just a few hours after Travis performed at the Grammys.
In true Vegas fashion, Travis and Kourtney made sure to have an Elvis Presley impersonator officiate the wedding, which took place at One Love Wedding Chapel.
“They paid and they requested Elvis Presley, that was mandatory. I called back 5 minutes later and was like, I got an Elvis, and there they were,” the chapel’s owner, Marty Frierson, revealed at the time.
The ceremony is said to have lasted about 30 minutes and no video was allowed to be taken.
It was previously reported the stars had a marriage license and showed it to the chapel’s owner- they also had a witness.

However, The Sun later confirmed Kourtney and Travis did not get a marriage license before the Vegas ceremony.
Just weeks after the shocking Sin City wedding, the two sparked rumors they officially got married while on their Milan getaway when the rocker shared photos of a church.
While Travis and Kourtney have not revealed whether they are expecting or not or if they’re officially husband and wife, her famous family did welcome a new member earlier this year.
Kourtney’s sister Kylie Jenner gave birth to a son– her second child with rapper Travis Scott- back in February.
There have also been speculation that Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Pete Davidson may be expecting their first child together.
