No issue is too small, too large or too embarrassing. Read our personal replies here.
I’m only 21, and although I’m single I’m worried I won’t be able to have sex if I start dating again.
I can’t even keep my erection when I masturbate.
I have to put in way more effort than I should, and then it goes away after a few seconds.
Then I have to ejaculate without being hard, and it’s horrible.

I’ve never had this problem in the past, either alone or with partners.
The only thing I can think might be causing it is the antidepressants I’m taking because I was really down during the lockdowns.

Some antidepressant drugs can cause sexual problems. See your GP and please don’t stop taking your medication without advice. They may be able to prescribe an alternative treatment.
