Jessie Cave is in hospital after testing positive for Covid during her third trimester.
The actress, who is widely known for her role as Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter franchise, is pregnant with her fourth child and updated her 209,000 Instagram followers with the news of her hospitalisation on Saturday.
Alongside an image from her hospital bed, Jessie, 34, wrote: ‘Triage, once again…Anyone else had covid in 3rd trimester & had it hit them like a tonne of bricks for weeks? [sic]’.

The expectant star also sought advice from fans via her Instagram Story, asking: ‘Also – Has anyone taken the anti-nausea drug and it made them feel worse?’
On Sunday, Jessie shared a follow-up story which was captioned: ‘Thank you for the info about nausea drugs… I will NOT be taking them as too scared of feeling worse’.
Jessie, who is also an avid cartoonist, was inundated with support from her fanbase after disclosing her health woes.

Jessie’s news came after she welcomed baby son Abraham Benjamin in October 2020, following a ‘terrifying and humbling’ pregnancy.
Little Abraham was then hospitalised following a difficult birth before the then three-month-old son was treated for coronavirus in January 2021.
Two days after confirming her baby’s diagnosis, the British actress confirmed he had been sent home as she shared a series of images from Abraham’s stay in hospital, including her diary of his sleep and his bandaged arm.
Jessie shared her thankful note alongside the images, writing: ‘Baby is home now. Thank you for all the well wishes and messages of support. Be safe everybody amazing care from everybody at Chelsea & Westminster’.
At the time, she confirmed her baby was ‘okay and doing well’ having been stricken with the ‘powerful and contagious’ strain of the virus.
