THIS Morning fans were left in hysterics after Alison Hammond made a hilarious on-air blunder.
The presenter, 47, returned to our screens today for the ITV show alongside co-host Dermot O’Leary.
Within seconds of welcoming viewers back Alison made a mistake with her lines.
Alison said: “Good morning and welcome to your Friday’s This Morning!
“Can I tell you something? It’s the last Friday of the week!”
A confused Dermot replied: “What?”
Alison soon realised what she had said and burst into laughter.
She corrected herself and said: “But guess what it’s only Friday the 13th!”
Many took to Twitter to point out the hilarious blunder.
One viewer wrote: “Tough week Alison?! don’t worry, it’s the last Friday of the week,” and series of laughing emojis.
