Dorit Kemsley during a talk show appearance on Wednesday revealed the armed robbers who broke into her home last October still have not been caught.
The 45-year-old reality star appeared on Watch What Happens live following the season 12 premiere of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills that focused on her following the home robbery in which her life was threatened by gunmen.
‘No, not yet. I don’t believe so,’ Dorit said after host Andy Cohen, 53, asked if the culprits had been apprehended.

Dorit said it has also been difficult for her to rewatch scenes from the traumatic break-in on the most recent episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
‘It’s definitely resurfacing a lot,’ Dorit said. ‘I’m getting through it.’
She shared that her two children, Phoenix, five, and Jagger, seven, still don’t know what happened, and that she was grateful that herself and her family were safe.
‘It’s a particularly difficult time,’ Dorit said. ‘But I know I will get through it.’

Andy asked why her security system wasn’t working.
Dorit said she had small children and because they get up in the middle of the night that she didn’t have the alarm on at the time.
‘How do you think you were able to stay so level headed?’ Andy said.

‘They were so unnerved and didn’t expect me to be home, and were very nervous, agitated and anxious,’ Dorit said. ‘I knew I had to counter that with being calm.’
Dorit said that one of the robbers was behind her the whole time holding her and the other one took her comforter and was putting all her bags and jewelry into it.
When her bedroom door first opened, Dorit said she just assumed it was one of her children.
Stayed calm: ‘They were so unnerved and didn’t expect me to be home, and were very nervous, agitated and anxious,’ Dorit said. ‘I knew I had to counter that with being calm.
‘Then I was faced with an adult with a flashlight in my eye,’ Dorit said. ‘I had to tell them to take it all. I don’t care about any of it. Just don’t hurt my babies.’
Andy shifted to ask Dorit and Kyle Richards, 53, questions on lighter subjects. They both said they were on Lisa Rinna’s side rather than Sutton Stracke over the Elton John charity event drama.
Dorit also shared her reaction to Sutton, 50, comparing her work-related issues to the terrifying armed robbery.

‘Jaw dropped,’ Dorit said when she saw Sutton’s insensitive comments after she had been robbed. ‘It was shocking.’
Andy also asked them to describe their co-star Erika Jayne, 50, this season.
‘She is completely different than we’ve ever seen,’ Kyle said. ‘Very free and just letting loose. Letting her guard down.’

Kyle spoke about the tragic death of her oldest friend Lorene Shea who passed away earlier this month.
‘I really want to, now moving forward, to do something to help,’ Kyle said while noting it was mental health awareness month. ‘The system is impossible to try to get someone the help that they need when they really can’t think for themselves.’
Two fans wanted to know from Kyle why she thought Erika was so quick to forgive her husband Mauricio Umansky, 51, and Dorit’s husband Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley, 54, for their mocking comments, but couldn’t make amends with Sutton.

‘She likes them more,’ Kyle said.
Dorit also was asked about how she mended her friendship with Garcelle Beauvais, 55.
‘We started on the right foot and we found our way right back,’ Dorit said.

Kyle admitted that she had gone through a rough patch with her sister Kathy Hilton, 63.
‘Oddly enough, this whole situation of losing my best friend Lorene has brought, my sister and I are speaking again,’ Kyle said. ‘So life works in funny ways. ‘
Andy read a question from a viewer who wanted to know if Dorit thought she contributed to the break-in by boasting that she paid top dollar for outfits.

‘When something like this happens you feel a lot of guilt,’ Dorit said. ‘I don’t think there is one thing or anything that you can do that warrants this. You have to keep living your life. I’ve learned a lot through therapy.’
Andy asked them if they agreed with Garcelle that Erika’s innocence was questionable because it hadn’t been reported in the press.
‘I have seen it disproven,’ Dorit said. ‘It is in the press.’
