The main card for UFC Fight Night: Kattar vs. Emmet started off with a banger of a fight. Adrian Yanez added a win to his undefeated streak in the UFC with a knockout win over Tony Kelley.

This fight took place in the bantamweight division.The fight started off with the two fighters feeling each other’s range and throwing test jabs. Kelley then tried to test Yanez’s defense by throwing jabs and kicks. His strikes weren’t good enough to hurt Yanez, who stood his ground. Yanez’s rock solid defense was just too tough for Kelley to break.

Yanez then countered Kelley, using a right hook and a barrage of punches. This made Kelley wobble, but wasn’t enough to drop him. Yanez continued to dominate by countering Kelley using a combination of punches. Ultimately, this combination knocked out Kelley.

With this impressive first-round knockout, Yanez now has five wins in the UFC and a professional record of 16-3-0.

UFC Pros and Fans React to Incredible UFC Austin Finish

Fans were quick to react to Yanez’s amazing performance.

Even fighters – Chito Vera and Belal Muhammad reacted on Twitter.

The UFC Austin card also saw UFC commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan attending the event with his wife. The event has been thrilling up until now, with most of the fights concluding with stoppages.

Adrian Yanez Names His Next Opponents

In the post fight interview, Yanez mentioned two names who he would fight next.

The two fighters were – Nate Maness and Sean O’Malley.

Yanez has previously publicly taken shots at O’Malley after the latter accused him of lying. O’Malley has also expressed his will to fight Yanez in an interview with Ariel Helwani. After Yanez’s stunning performance today, it will make sense for this fight to take place.

Maness has had a meteoric rise in the UFC by winning his first three fights. He has proved to be a dangerous fighter in the divison and is one to watch out for. A fight between him and Yanez would also make sense.
