BLAC Chyna has hit back at ex Rob Kardashian claiming she rejected a settlement agreement ahead of their revenge porn trial, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, who is set to take to the stand next week, is reportedly trying to convince a judge to make her see it through.

New court documents filed in LA this week and seen by The Sun reveal Chyna’s lawyer Lynne Ciani slamming Rob’s counsel, calling the motion to uphold the alleged settlement “frivolous.”
“Defendant Rob Kardashian desperately seeks to avoid the consequences of the upcoming jury trial for Plaintiff Angela White’s Revenge Porn claim against him,” the opposition papers read.
The attorney insists Rob should be sanctioned for trying to “enforce” two ‘draft settlement agreements’ that were never signed by Chyna, whose real name is Angela White.
Her counsel go on to claim they reached out to Rob’s counsel in mid-May this year to discuss a settlement, and Ciani proposed two potential scenarios.
They included settling a previous case they are involved in Jones v. Kardashian et al. case without Chyna having to pay up, or settle the revenge porn case in exchange for a payment.
“In response, Defendant sent two draft settlement agreements in connection with the first potential settlement scenario: one draft agreement for this case and a second draft agreement for the Jones v. Kardashian et al. case,” the documents read.
After rejecting the draft settlement agreements regarding the first potential settlement scenario, both sides allegedly participated in another telephone discussion on May 27, regarding the second potential settlement.

“Four full days after Defendant now absurdly contends a binding settlement agreement was entered into between the parties on May 23, 2022,” Chyna’s attorney blasted.
The documents conclude: “Plaintiff Angela White respectfully requests that Defendant’s motion to enforce the purported settlement agreement be denied in its entirety.”
Her counsel is asking that Chyna be allowed to proceed to trial on her revenge porn claim beginning June 20 and a hearing has been set for Thursday as a judge is yet to rule.
If the case does go to trial, it would be the second court battle between Rob – and his family – against the former adult dancer after Chyna lost her $100 million case against Rob’s sisters and mom Kris Jenner earlier this year.
If the case moved forward, Rob will be represented by attorney Todd Eagen, while Chyna has once again retained Lynne Ciani.
The revenge porn case was initially set to begin on May 5.
In her original filing, Chyna claimed that she suffered “significant damages” after her ex’s alarming social media war against her in July 2017.
At the time, Rob, 35, shared three graphic images of Chyna online.
He also accused the mother of his only daughter Dream, five, of cheating on him and alleged she was using drugs and abusing alcohol at the time.
The 34-year-old star refuted those claims.
Rob, who barely leaves the house due to crippling social anxiety, dropped his own lawsuit against his ex following their toxic relationship, but may still have to testify in this case.
He took to the stand during his family’s trial and appeared emotional as he recounted their alleged violent relationship, in which he claimed Chyna beat him with a six-foot metal pole and put a gun to his head during an argument in late 2016.
Chyna accused his family of contract interference after their show Rob & Chyna was canceled after one season, along with defamation for saying she beat Rob.
Since losing her case and being awarded zero damages by a jury, she has been desperately trying to raise money for legal fees as her attorney insists she will appeal.
